A Letter from Carl

Hey Mosaic,

2018 was an unforgettable year. So much went down that exemplified why we exist as a church—so that broken people can be redeemed and restored in Jesus. You blew me away this year in a variety of ways, and I have never been more excited about what God is doing in and through our community.

Of course, the best thing we saw in 2018 was the 102 people who got baptized!

Let's be honest, no annual report can fully capture all that Jesus did in our church. But I hope that as you explore this site, you are inspired and motivated to press on and continue to boldly trust Jesus. As you read, remember that every single number represents a story—a story of real people finding real hope in Christ. It is an honor to be a part of this incredible journey with you.

Part of the Mosaic,
Carl

Attendance

02

In 2018, once we moved into our new facility. For every first-time guest who dropped off their Connection Card, we donated money to one of our Local Impact partners, 10:12 Sports. So by simply attending for the first time and filling out a card, new people at Mosaic can already make a difference in our community!

Our mission isn’t to become a big church. It’s to reach people who are far from God and do church in a way that is applicable to them. But we found that we simply needed more space to accommodate all the people God was bringing to Mosaic.
In 2017, we held a capital campaign called GREATER to raise $2 million so we could renovate our new facility off Exit 7 on Route 100. Mosaic committed $2.7 million over 25 months and so far, you’ve already given $1.5 million!

Amazing community. This is a place for people who don't go to church! You can be real and feel accepted. If you've been burned before, there are open and welcome arms here. Nothing you can do can make God love you more and nothing you can do can make God love you less.”

I have not attended their church services, but have seen their outreach of love & service to the community, going beyond the walls of their physical building. It is truly phenomenal.”

Great place to go and find love, grace and truth. The church isn't a building or an institution...it's the people. Mosaic has normal, everyday folks who want to get more out of life than just what's on Earth. Carl is an energetic, honest pastor who isn't afraid to share his faults. Very refreshing in an era of fake posturing and “look at me” pretenses.

It is difficult to put into words how much my life and the lives of my family have been changed by coming to Mosaic. It isn't Mosaic that changes lives, it is Jesus. This place gave me an opportunity to learn more about who Jesus is, but it's the people of Mosaic that were like Jesus to me. They welcomed me, gave me a place to be real about who I am and the struggles in life I've gone through and continue to go through. My daughter was baptized here, I was baptized here, my family was restored through here and I look forward every other week to volunteering and giving back to others.”
